Social Activities

Welcome Reception will be held from 18:00 to 20:00 on Nov. 13 (Tue.) and the conference banquet will take place on Nov. 15 (18:00-21:00) at the Hotel Metropolitan Nagano. All participants are invited. Nagano City is well known as an old city, in which the famous Zenkoji Temple is located. Also, Nagano hosted The Winter Olympics in 1998.

Registration

Full Registration fee is \27,000 Japanese yen before Sept. 6, and \32,000 Japanese yen after Sept. 7. The registration fee includes admission fees, one copy of the abstracts book, one copy of the Proceedings, the welcome reception on Nov.14, daily refreshments at the conference, daily lunch (Nov.14, Nov.15), snacks at poster session and the banquet on Nov.15. Accompanying Person Registration (\20,000), includes the welcome reception on Nov.13, the conference banquet on Nov.15 and conference lunches.
