| The conference hotel is located by the Nagano
railway station. All participants will stay in the same hotel with special conference rates. Please enjoy your stay in Nagano. Two additional hotels are also allocated for the Symposium (Hotel Courtland Nagano and Mielparque Nagano). The hotels are located in the City Center, so you can enjoy the city life and sightseeing. Reservations can be made using the “Hotel Accommodation Form” (Form C). A deposit is required to confirm reservation as indicated on the Accommodation Form (attached Form C ). Accommodation Forms should be sent by FAX before September 6 to KINKI NIPPON TOURIST CO., LTD for guarantee of your rooms. And later than Sept. 6, there is a possibility to reserve your room in other equivalent hotels. |
