The example of application

EDLC is a system in which an electric charge is stored performing adsorption and desorption of the ion in electrolysis liquid to electrode.

Operation principle of EDLC

EDLC is divided into two kinds, a solution system and an organic solution system. This difference is based on the difference in electrolysis liquid. There are merits and demerits in these. It becomes important to change use by the use.

EDLC is positioned as an energy storage device to which capacity is located in the middle of a capacitor and a rechargeable battery.@The following is mentioned as a feature.

In recent years, in the world, the pollution-free electric energy storage device is demanded not only high performance but energy saving. The measure taken into consideration to manufacture, use, disposal, and recycling at the development is pressing need. We observed eco-friendly and safe EDLC. And now, we are tackling research and development to electrodes material and electrolysis liquid in order to realize EDLC with high capacity and high energy density.

EDLC is an energy storage device, and it is a next-generation device with a possibility of being applied to an auxiliary power supply, and the combined use with photovoltaics equipment and an electromobile.
